-He foresees the mounting chain production redefining the productive systems according to the philosophy used in the car industry.

Marcello Bè:, CEO Manager:
- He starts his activity in 1995 in one of the major international Shipyards, and after having gained experience in different sectors, first he reaches the position of Fiberglass Production and Keel Assembling Manager, and soon after he becomes the Logistic Production Manager of the Shipyard.
