Packaging:
* We are very concerned that both our product as our environment should be protected.
* Therefore only biodegradable packaging is used for our natural silk sets. We never employ plastic materials which block air circulation and does not permit our silk to transpire. Every set is gently wrapped with silk paper and packed in a cardboard box where the product can be kept during all its life.
* A care instructions leaflet is included in every box in order to inform the customer about our unique product advantages and to help him to treat this delightful article correctly.
* To maximize a special experience on acquiring the natural silk article and apply to all our customers’ senses, a fragrance sachet is included together with our silk set. It is observed that silk conserves odeur strongly, sometimes even after its washing.

* We deliver the items of our Winter collection and Sales in 2 working days after ordering. The lead time for the Spring collection and Accessories is 2 weeks.
