Located on Lake Victoria and Under the Jurisdiction of Uganda. There are no limitations to foreigners owning land in Uganda. From the hill in the middle of the island you have 360 ° panoramic views with magnificent sunrises and sunsets .There is no pollution , the water is cristal clear , the air fresh and cool and consequently there is no mosquito or bug problem. The all over size of the island is 134.05 acres and there are no dangerous animal living on it , only thousands of bird varieties including wild ducks and small monkeys . One can do anything he/she dreams of with this island. - You can create a world class exclusive resort, hotels, etc. ,tenure : Freehold .
