tell you about my country and my city  
- Rio de Janeiro, we´re a rich country but we have a lot of corruption and  
violence here.  
My family come from Emerald mines and durying my hole life I´ve tried to do  
something to help children of my country, I tried some banks, friends and  
big companies to invest in our mines, but is very difficult to get money. I  
don´t have rich friends or contacts in government so I work a lot and when I  
have some extra money I invest in our mines , (last 2 years u$ 100.000,00)  
it´s not enough for this kind of investment.  
The problem in my coutry is the educattion, a few rich people want all and  
98% wants to survive as me.  
With mines producing we can make money enough to help famylies who live in  
the mines with no health, doctors, food, water, school and send children to  
an good educattion ´cause they´re the future.  
We don´t life much money to live in my country, people are happy, we have  
nature all we need is a chance to change, to be proud of our own lifes.  
I´d like to tell you and show some good and amazing investments in my  
country.  
We work a lot with temporary rentals, luxury penthouses and mansions in  
Ipanema/Copacabana/Leblon beaches. The reason of my letter are a big mansion  
in Leblon neighbhorhood wit 3 floors and 10 rooms with a space to make  
parties for 300 people. As you know the prices in my country are very  
accessible for foreign investors. this house costs aroun u$ 3.500.000,00 (  
tree and a half million dollars) it´s an amazing price for a place with  
1.700 m2 constructed and 1.300m2 of free area outside, swimming pool.  
 
The most amazing offert that we have in these days, is an amazing Penthouse  
in Ipanema beach, the most beautiful place to live and visit in Rio de  
Janeiro.  
There´s only four appartments in the building, safe, clean, rebuilded place.  
From this place you can walk and visit many restaurants, beach, thetres.  
Size: 600m2 on the first floor and 400m2 in the second, the price is just  
for a few ones but it´s a very special aquisittion: 8.500.000,00 ( 8  
millions dollares).  
In my oppinion an excelent investment, because in a few years big companies  
and hotels they´ll ask for a price in this building, i´ts a big place on the  
corner, in front of the most famous and beautiful beach, ther´s only four(4)  
apparments in hole building and if I coul´d I´d start to buy this penthouse  
first and then wait for the best price in another floors.  
A regular price in this Avenue Vieira Souto is around two (2) and thirteen  
(13) millions american dollars.
