Ferdinand and Ferry Porsche had visions. But they always kept their feet firmly on the ground. That is how they made imagination and reliability a reality.

Decades of stability are an invaluable asset for any company. If the name of Porsche carries a commitment, so do the values it embodies. Above all we see that commitment as being spiritual mobility.

It is a heritage in keeping with the times; one which Porsche and its staff must live up to every day. A company with a past like ours has to keep one eye on the future at all times.

Yak Yak
I have 3 porsches which cost me almost $325,000, I dont consider this as money chucked away - its more like buying a piece of art! I collect cars as a hobby! I have a Bently, BMW M5, Mercedes CLS55, and believe it or not a Mini Cooper S which I dearly love.

Very nice - just a shame you cant spell bentley...

On the subject of porsches - Boxsters?!?! Such things have no place on a website such as this. It may look a bit like the real thing, (911), but no matter how many times you tell yourself, it'll never be what you want it to be. Oh dear. I would have thought the people who use this site wouldn't be squandering the extra twenty grand or so by getting the ultimate cheapskate porsche. You dissapoint me. By the way, i'm not just critical of porsche - although i'm not a major fan, I do have a 911 turbo which does me fine for a small sports car.

Why are these people above arguing? I agree that the Boxster is not a proper porsche and only a fake which is bought by people who cannot afford the real thing. I have a 911 and a cayman and used to have a Cayenne. All together they cost me roughly £300,000. I don't understand why the guy is complaining about people buying good cars. Its called working hard, using your brain and making lots of money. Then you have the luxury of spending it on whatever you want. If not stick to your Peugeot or whatever car. Its your choice.
